The reverse-image match persists because the underlying pixel data — the actual colour information that made the image recognisable — remains intact. This includes mood boards, scheme presentations, product selections, and colour studies. You do not need to protect every image; only those where the loss of a commission or project conversation would matter.
The best moment to protect an image is before you send it out. Download or export your mood board or presentation render, run it through NoScrape, and send the protected version. You retain the original unprotected file for your own archive. If a client asks for higher resolution or an unprotected version later — which is reasonable for production or tender documentation — you can choose to provide it. How to use NoScrape in practice
The workflow is straightforward. You open the NoScrape tool in a web browser, select an image file from your computer (JPEG, PNG, WebP or similar). The tool processes the image in your browser: it strips metadata, crops the edges, shifts the colour channels, and applies a watermark. This takes a few seconds. You then download the protected version, which is saved to your downloads folder with a new filename. You can now send that file to the client or include it in your presentation.
